It is with great sadness and much consideration that Desiree Alliance announces the cancellation of our July 2019 conference Transcending Borders: Immigration, Migration, and Sex Work.
Due to FOSTA/SESTA enactments, our leadership made the decision that we cannot put our organization and our attendees at risk. We hope you understand our grave concerns and continue to resist every law that exists to harm sex workers! Keep fighting!

As we prepare for our national conference, Desiree Alliance is seeking talented volunteers to help us make this the best conference ever! What you bring to the table is invaluable. Whether you have years of experience or just wanting to learn organizational skills, Desiree has a place for you! Many areas of volunteerism include but are not limited to: reading and reviewing proposals to serving on the scholarship committee to fundraising opportunities to childcare volunteers, and everything in between. This is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of sex workers & showcase your skills.
